Model Call – Newborn, Family and Dog

Please Note that there are a number of Terms & Conditions Involved:

The dog is the dealbreaker — applications without a dog (or where the dog isn’t safe around baby) won’t be considered. You must be 100% comfortable having your pup included in the session.

Baby must be under 3 weeks old on the day of the shoot

By participating, you give me full permission to use the images for marketing purposes. You must be willing to sign a MODEL RELEASE – giving me (the photographer, and the makeup artist, if booked) permission to use your images in marketing, websites, social media, ‘behind the scenes’ videos, etc.

You must be available on Friday, 15 August at 10am for 1 to 3 hours.

You must be willing to travel to the studio in Nigel, East Rand at your own expense. You will NOT receive any financial compensation.

You are responsible for your own outfits, newborn wraps and swaddles will be supplied.

You are responsible for your own hair and makeup. You can book the services of one of the studio’s preferred makeup artists and hairstylists to do your hair and makeup at the studio BUT all charges will be for YOUR account. This will depend on the MUA availability at the time of your session.

You must be willing to dress according to the following colour scheme: NEUTRALS AND PASTELS: men and boys – chino or light blue jeans with a white golf or white button-up shirt. Pastel-coloured shirts are allowable. Ladies & girls – white or pastel dress/skirt. Soft pastel prints are allowable. NO large motives, brand names, characters, etc. You must be willing to send me your outfit ideas/photos prior to the session.)

STEP 2: Check your email – You’ll receive an email with further details

STEP 3: Keep an eye on your email.

I usually receive MULTIPLE applications for each type of session – I will sift through these during the week. If you fit the bill I will notify you by WEDNESDAY, 6 August @ 5pm with further details and the model release.
